But she and Taggart got together before the timeline split, so why would it make a difference to them?
It might have been more of "Crap, the world is going to hell, we may die" on top of the possibility of the timeline shift.
Speaking of Taggert, I was so hoping he would be speaking with an American accent in the "future". Basically, his suspected non-Aussieness was revealed during the 4 years we missed and he'd given up the charade.
