Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Well, this is ridiculous.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Wasn't there shirtless Jack in the pilot?

Yep. I'm pretty sure we've seen Jack in only a towel.

And the reason we don't get shirtless Stark is because we can't handle it. It's for our own protection.

Well, this is ridiculous.

I'm with bon bon. Just say no to protectionism.

I'd like to face the peril.

I'm sorry, it's too perilous.

John Rogers has a Eureka blog entry today. I started reading it (he talks about HOUSE Rules) but then he made a mention of the setup for next week's episode and I realised I didn't want to be spoiled for it.

Which is kinda funny since I got to read his script for his episode early, and have pried a couple details out of Colin.

But there's only one left. I don't want to rush it.

Ed is built like a brick shithouse. And was scripted as topless in a scene in many happy returns. We shot it once with him in just his briefs but it was "too homoerotic" with the two of us idly chatting with him almost naked. Literally they said it was "too homoerotic" and too early in his character intro to have him that naked.

And until the 11th hour, I was bare-assed in the pilot and made a plea for them to take it out. They did - probably for their own reasons. It was the scene when I'm naked anyway at Bev's.

Taggert, Lupo, Spencer, Allison... wow, ya know, it's definately Stark's turn. The trick is going to be stopping Ed from oiling himself down.
