Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Are there any ratings numbers from last night?

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Jumper should be fun, I hope. It's a nice Heinlein-esque adventure story, nothing too complex. I've had issues with some of Gould's other books, but I liked Jumper fine.

Still haven't seen Heros, will try to make time for that tonight.

Teaching the actors to actually fly probably cost a million or two at least. The show's real secret is that they're not technically using SFX....

Plus, all that money they had to spend to sew that guy they cut in half back together!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm looking forward to tonight's Eureka episode, which is titled "H.O.U.S.E." (IIRC) and it occurred to me that it would be great if Fargo had only had a Hugh Laurie fixation instead of SMG. Which would explain why the house would go cranky, for sure.

Snerk. I still love that it's blatantly Fargo's voice. I'm waiting to see if/how he pulls off menacing (I REALLY hope SARAH gets taunty and mean).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

littlebug, your post is a spoiler about upcoming episodes, and as such it needs to be spoilerfonted--the quick-edit link goes into more detail, but basically put an s at the start of the line before the spoiler.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm looking forward to it, but with trepidation. The second that there was an AI house, I feared the episode where the house gets cranky. Having watched the season, I have confidence in the writers, but am still a little skeered.

I loved the clips of Colin's stuff in the trailers, plus it looks like someone dies. I don't care if it's not a regular. I just think that's cool.

sorry ita.

I should be booted right now.
