Little kids, certainly, but I don't think mine's issue (should they have one) would be with the darkness of it. I do see the concern, though.

Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Deb, you have read Martha Wilson's Retrograde stories, I hope? It's, frankly, better characterization and a more interesting plot than we'd be likely to get if they actually filmed such a crossover. Her Jack O'Neill is just perfect, and so is her Sheppard.
I haven't. I'll mark your post and do that.
She's ltlj on LJ, and her site is linked off her LJ.
I've had issues with her earlier stories in that the Atlantis folk were a little too distrustful of the cavalry despite all evidence and past experience with SG-1 (particularly on Weir's and McKay's parts). But overall it's quite good.
BSG:
GF and I have made our way through The Captain's Hand and just have the final three episodes of season 2 to watch now. Waiting until next weekend is going to be difficult.
The extended Pegasus has some interesting little character moments in it. I loved (white-fonted for those who might not have the DVDs yet) Gaeta's reaction to recieving the copies of Pegasus' electronic library, especially the little "Any porn in there?" at the end. though I didn't realize sitting down to watch it that 90 minutes meant 90 broadcast minutes (so it's actually just shy of an hour) rather than 90 real minutes.
I'm sorry to see Billy go (poor Roslin) and the Apollo/Dualla romance bugs a bit. I really don't think the writers earned it. A couple shared looks and some tension during sparring do not a relationship make. Plus, isn't their relationship a problem the same way the Chief and Boomer's was (pre-Cylon reveal)?
I'm also not sure about the whole Apollo commanding Pegasus deal. I realize Pegasus has been going through skippers like Spinal Tap drummers, but Lee is the only person out of both crews that Adama could find to do it. I realize he's still grounded while he recovers from being shot, but I can't imagine he's not more valuable playing CAG on Pegasus if not on Gallactica. Obviously, I haven't seen how he handles it yet, beyond the battle in TCH, but right now it just doesn't feel right.
(Edited because I'm apprently having issues making white-font work tonight an account of my brain being missing, or something.)

Oh, I totally agree about both points re: Apollo/Dualla. And you know there was that great sexual tension in that sparring scene and then it all just disappeared. And they became very very boring.
Oh, and could Tigh sound any more Canadian on the webisodes?

No! That was making me laugh. I love it on Da Vinci's Inquest how all the actors relax into the accents they never seem to quite strip for the American shows, and here's Tigh sounding like they just ripped him off the streets of Vancouver.
Sadly, now that the Chicago area has Cold Squad we no longer get DaVinci's Inquest. Who knew that we were allowed only one syndicated Canadian cop show at a time?
