"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm going to set my DVR to run long next week. I guess I though the first time was just a glitch.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Ah, finally saw this week's Eureka. Which was fun, but really my major comment is: Noooo! Henry, don't leave! I really like Joe Morton a lot, so this bums me out.

Is there a recap of what happens at the end? I got to just when Section 5 was about to be breached.

Basically, Allison talked Stark out of doing what he was going to do because she needs him, everybody sobered up, Jack did a broadcast concerning what had occurred, and that no one should feel overly responsible for how they acted, and then Henry got on the broadcast and announced he was leaving Eureka.

Thanks! I'll set the DVR.

then Henry got on the broadcast and announced he was leaving Eureka.

What? No! I love Henry.

The biggest problem I am having with Eureka right now is that they keep ignoring the fact that Allison is a mother. She passes out and there is nothing said about where her kid is the next day.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I think in the last one, Stark mentioned that he was with his grandparents? That's why they were able to have dinner alone.

But the time before, they didn't say boo about it.

I missed that.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Allison needs a nanny or a housekeeper or at least an au pair (probably a bright scholarship student, like a Rodney McKay Junior division) who can be around the house for when she can't be there. Or maybe somebody from the Eureka Retirement Castle?

IRL, it would be realistic for a single mom with a high-paid, high-powered job to have help this way, so I'm willing to handwave it as merely not established in canon. ::flaps hands languidly::
