Allison got her cell phone the same place that Scully and Mulder got theirs, so that it works inside of caves, government installations, alien spaceships or what have you. Verizon and Sprint have nothing on this network....
'Jaynestown'
Boxed Set, Vol. III: "That Can't Be Good..."
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Do the extras have to dance to no music during filming? Cause that would really suck.
Jo=HAWT. Love the dress. And the hair. And the makeup. And the smile. I love her and Tag.
Next week's previews look really good.
Yeah, the extras have to dance to no music and we have to yell over nothing. It's humiliating - for them.
We did the podcast tonight : Jamie, Ed, and I. Will post it tomorrow.
Barry White. Should have been Barry White.
Actually, the only quibble is I'm pretty sure we've seen Allison use her cell phone in the GD building to talk to Jack outside of it, which would seem to ignore the EM shield. We're gonna need some wank.
she did say "unauthorized" use. As a person who's cell phone goes out when I drive too close to the Pentagon, I think that it could be legit :)
I was dreading the scene, but I think that it actually worked. I particularly liked the slow "subtle" hand slide onto her ass.
I want some Vincent backstory. I like his quirkiness. I'd love to find out how he makes all of that food. Bet he invented a food replicator. Carter's going to be pissed when he finds out it's all soy protein.
Should have been Barry White.
Ahhhh.
I agree Vortex. I was so worried, and then I thought the scene was kinda cute. The hand slide was good since I was laughing already, also damn pretty ass.
Sad that I can only mention the last few minutes. Looks like it will be tomorrow before I can watch the beginning. Damn school district just doesn't understand my needs.
I thought that was a fun episode - at the beginning I thought there was going to be more about Lo-Jack. Will there be more about Lo-Jack? (I hope so!)
Not to mention the Lo-Jack Taggert rivalry.
Juliebird, thanks for the link to the podcast, that was fun to listen to.
Also, I followed the top link in your profile and browsed the Firefly and Serenity vids. I liked them a lot. Would it be okay to post a link to them in the Firefly thread?
dcp, feel free to link my vids here, always looking for more viewers! Also, glad you liked :D
If you could, also link the bigdamnthankyou website and this [link] , they're both guerilla campaigns that are being organized to thank Universal for the Big Damn Movie, and to show that the fanbase is not dead. --Or point me to the thread and I'll spam post it myself (unless the word's already gotten out over here!).
sumi, when I read "Lo-Jack/Taggart Rivalry", I read that as "Lopez/Jack/Taggart" --ew! She's like...Carter's sister!
And, YAY! Colin, you're back on the podcast! I think yours have been the funniest, most informative (of all aspects of creating the show, and not just acting the scenes) commentaries, besides, well (blasphemy?) Joss's.
*is struck by lightning*
The current Firefly thread is over here.
Heh. Given CFerg's background in improv etc., I'm not surprised he does good commentary.
