Wash: Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction. Zoe: We live in a space ship, dear. Wash: So?

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Our wings are not tired.

Missed House but made it in time for Eureka.

I've warmed up to Zoe mostly because if I were a teen today I would be Zoe. The hair on a woman my age just wouldn't work though. The clothes wouldn't work either. She's charmed me.

I still don't trust Nathan but his human side last week and this have rounded him out nicely.

Poor Jo. Gay, married, or robots.

Excellent fire zapper!

The Jack/Allison dynamic is growing on me a bit, but I'm still annoyed at how forced it feels. It could be that I am accepting it more now that I am enjoying Allison more. Still would rather they didn't go there.

Off to check election returns...

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

EUREKA gave me allergies. EUREKA is NOT supposed to give me allergies, dammit!!!!

Really good episode - I think this one fired on all cylinders. Also, ANOTHER SMG ref! Bwahahahahahaha!!!!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Eureka was good. I liked Stark for once. I noticed that his Nobel was back where it belongs (or the episode is out of order, which seems more likely).

I did have a quibble. Henry's fire suppression gear gear is great, but you have to wonder why they're hoarding something that beneficial from the world at large.

Our wings are not tired.

I've missed most of the Eureka episodes, but Jo looks all nose-joby to me. camera angles? weight loss? weird make-up? distracting.

I thought she looked different tonight. Harsher. I thought perhaps she wasn't feeling well, tired. Normally I'd call her cute as a button.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I loved the SMG reference. Hehe.

I also love that Fargo is still the voice of the house. They should NEVER change that unless they can really get SMG to do it.

and did we notice the super secret safe behind it? Bet that comes back to bite someone in the ass.

as a lawyer, I have a theory. Notice how Henry checked to make sure that everyone was out of the house? I'm assuming that the suppression gear works by expanding and choking all of the oxygen out of the structure. All it would take is one time for there to be someone left in a house, and hello lawsuit. Hey, wonder who was driving the truck?

Art Crawl!!!

I loved the SMG reference too.

A very enjoyable episode.

I forgot that Gina Torres' show was on. . . I'm still watching Rock Star.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Gina got some screen time, showed a flash of Jasmine, a flash of Zoe, but was otherwise relegated to third banana, behind the partner-couple. I doubt I'll watch again, this schtick will get old fast.

So, you let them burn to death?

It occurs to me that they probably never invited any personal injury lawyers to come live in Eureka.
