The Great Write Way
A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.
Can I make great strides, as in, three more series books sold, and the paperback rights, and the foreign rights (at least UK rights), and the Very Important Person who is looking at "Still Life" buytng it? Some or all of the above?
Some or all of the above?
Of course you can! All of the above and then some!
And if this site of mine is worth it, will you help spread the word for me?
Hell yes. Re-link me when it's all the way up, please.

I am deeming myself the voice of optimism--your work with flourish this year. So it is written, so shall it be.
t hugs Deb forever
Thank you. Will do. I would say by the end of January it will be up and running. I'm so excited!
I'll link it from a few places, as well.
Victor, from your lips to whatever ears may be listening.
Hmm, Victor...although we'd be in bigger "We're gonna need a bigger boat!" trouble if I was the voice of optimism. No, I think we'd be completely fucked. But I am positive about that. Actually, I feel good about finishing Eva Braun's edit from hell. And I second the good wishes for Books of Deb.
Basically I've decided that my dream job is to write somewhere between David Sedaris and Dave Barry. Humor, but humor with a purpose. More of the "everyman" than Sedaris, more poignant than Barry. Of course, I aspire to someone like Fadiman, who is my favorite essayist.
It's in the air. 2005 is going to be a hell of a year, and I can't wait.
Kristin, that's some damned good company you're talking about keeping, there. Don't forget some Garrison Keillor, too.
