Whoa! I... I think I'm having a thought. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a thought. Now I'm having a plan. Now I'm having a wiggins.

Up with the sun

erika, you may yet inherit the Porny Pants.

AmyLiz, sorry for not answering yesterday -- yes, red_emma at hotmail.com is the rightemail address for me.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

AmyLiz, if you want any more people to look at it, I'd be happy to.

Because books.

Already, um, insent.

How porny. :-)

I want to join the Bitches. It's my favorite thread to lurk in.

Always Anti-fascist!

You're just bad influences. And I've stumbled into enough accidental double entendre, I'm hyper-conscious now. Imagine the fun when JZ sent me a box...um, package...oh, the hell with it. That thing, with the notecards and stuff. Amy Liz, come be a Bitch. We don't even have a secret handshake.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I may have to resub to Bitches. I'm missing some of my regular conversations, damnit.

AmyLiz, Insent, Incoming (for future insents), backsent, backflung, there are a whole lot of versions.

Because books.

Hil, Gladly! The more the merrier. Will send in a minute.

erikaj, No handshake?! (frowns) That's almost disappointing. :-) I think I will wander in there soon, though.

While I'm asking questions, though, I think I figured out "timelies" -- so you're not saying good morning to someone in another time zone, for instance? But what's "-ma"? As in "healthma", for example? If that one was in the FAQ, I definitely missed it.

Must go get actual work done. Blah.

AmyLiz, -ma is a child of karma. It specifies that you want good karma beamed your way from the group - for car repair (car-ma), health (health-ma), employment (job-ma), etc.

Short for karma. I think it started when people were asking for/offering good karma for stuff, then someone had car troubles and "carma" started being tossed around, and then it kind of evolved into health-ma and exam-ma and jobma and just generalized -ma.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I've got it AmyLiz.

Question: is this the first book in the series?

Also, I'm just going to track changes, marking anything that catches my eye as well as putting my thoughts in parentheses as it progresses (in red or green or whatever color Word decides is appropriate today), if that's okay with you.

eta: backflung!

Also, Deb, got your snail mail today, thank you.
