Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I'm looking at my very own bright shiny gallery page at Readerville, and blinking at it.

I'm still getting used to the differences between being published Before WWW and After WWW.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Deb, I'll be glad to read it too, if you like.

I love the picture of you on that page.

I actually hate the picture of me on that page, but I seem to be the only one who does. Truth is, I hate most pictures of myself these days. This ageing thing? Bites.

Deena, I would love for you to beta this for me. I have the sinking feeling it isn't what they mean by romance....

uh oh *g*. Send it over whenever you're ready. I read their guidelines page, thinking I might try something in the next few days, so I think I know what they're looking for, at least.

Deena, I'll send over what I've got, so far. Feel free to dissect - but remember, they did say non-traditional was ok, and they do want paranormal.

Yes, I remember. Paranormal is one of my favorites, and I prefer a good non-traditional over a sappy HEA (as they called it).

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Deb, if you see this, send it, please.

I love the Readerville page--it's damned glorious!

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Very shiny page, Deb.

I was home to visit my folks for their anniversary, and mom reiterated again how much she loved Weaver and can hardly wait for the next one.

As she's a big mystery novel fan, and often shares the love with the other readers in our circle-I think this is another step toward world domination...

I still owe you comments, erika. I'm sorry, I haven't forgotten. Just had to get stuff ready for my trip.
