Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Katie, weirdly enough? I used to use a grapefruit spoon (one of those spoons with the slightly serrated tip) to do the edges, and then a plain old tablespoon to dig it out. .

Always Anti-fascist!

mmm, artichokes. And I am the worst typist that ever touched a keyboard...I'll need some help if...or that should be when...I produce anything submittable.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Yes, it should be "when". And I'm sure we can find some help when that time comes.

Always Anti-fascist!

Well, I have submitted things by e-mail and had them appear in websites, but paper publishing is a different beast.

Nonetheless, it's a beast we gonna tame.

(I'm feeling a bit fired up, can you tell? Hee)

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I like Astarte fiery. She's cute that way.

Erika, I'm sure we'll all be fighting over getting to make your manuscript pretty, just so we can say we got to read it first.

I don't know if I can write in courier, it bothers my eyes, but I may try, just so I know where I'm at without doing the word count button obsessively (though I'm not sure that will help much).

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Excellent. Thank you. I'd tried with just a regular tablespoon, and decided that was Not Worth The Effort.

Well, I'm having problems organizing the story-- and I decided to bite the wallet and order Storyview--a software others have mentioned as being helpful in this regard.

It came this morning, and I almost did as well. Gonna do some ritin' tonight!

note to self: squeeing scares the poor UPS man.

That always makes me think of Christopher on the Sopranos. He said "I bought this screenwriting program. I thought it would do a lot of it." Cracked me up.

Does that do something like the Marshall Plan, and have you heard of the Marshall Plan? Greg's using it for the novel he's working on and so far really appreciates the help it's been.
