ALL RIGHT, GO DEB!!!!!
BTW, I'm yawning this afternoon, and it's ALL YOUR FAULT! I was up till three because I couldn't put Flower down and go to sleep.
A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.

Awesome news, Deb! I'm so excited.

Thanks, all. Astarte, is FFoSM scaring you? A definite difference in intensity to Weaver.
You know what? I have never had a bad review, for any of my books. How freaky is that?
Not freaky at all, you gorgeous writer, you.
is FFoSM scaring you?
She'd have to be dead if it wasn't. Still think A(female) is scarier, at the bottom of it, than A(male, in Matty).
Also, Astarte, did you ever get my wee little paragraph in email? Or are you just being tastefully silent about it?
I am off to shower, hug my pretty review to my heart, get all dressed up, and go to Santa Cruz for this writers party.
Have fun, Deb! These are the perks, right? Enjoy the hell out of the party!
Yes, definitely intense, and you'll be happy to know that while I guessed part of the denouement from your foreshadowing, I got it mostly wrong. Lovely twisty ending.
And the last scene in the theatre (as an longtime theatre lover, empty playhouses always have a sanctified feel to me, like a church) was absolutely gripping. Jangled every last nerve.
I don't read too much "horror" because often it reads very sensationalistic, like the writer's out to shock for the sake of it. This was horrible in a human, rooted, historically plausible way that is infinetly scarier that rubber-masked monsters.
Brava, beldame, brava.
Beverly, I don't think I did.
At any rate, I don't see it in my inbox now. So sorry.
Would you be kind enough to resend? Pwetty please?
I'm loving the inspiration I'm getting from all you Writeristas...
Deb, you SO rule!!!!!
