Kalshane, you're getting seriously fucked. Honestly, they're going to keep doing shit like this to you more and more until you leave. They're not going to do less. They are not going to recognize or acknoweldge that they're screwing their staff over. No way. I guarantee that they will continue to trend negative. I don't even know if its worth fighting because it doesn't sound like they're very well run, or that committed to sound business practices.

We got a smokin' hotel room (though a non-smoking hotel room) and went to the beach... sorta... and I gave my email address to a total stranger largely on the basis of his charming accent, and... hella fun. Wicked fun. Alas, it made me very behind on grading.

And now I had two Coronas after a day of teaching in which I'd only had one burger, and I'm trying to sober up. We'll see.
