I seem to have slept heavily and well -- I think it was because the temperature dipped into the 40s (F) last night and I had the quilt on top of me. I sleep better all wrapped up, maybe.
Does anybody mind if I pass out?

Thanks for all the birthday wishes yesterday, guys. I had an awesome day yesterday:
a) I took the day off from work
b) one of my best friends was hanging out with me
c) I went to a spa and had a massage that cost $.50 (it was covered by my insurance.)
d) I went to see Billy Bragg in concert last night and he was his usual charming self. All the self-important socialists were there. Bill cracked himself and us up talking about talking cats on You Tube.
However, most of the glow of the day was wrecked by the absolutely miserable sleep I had last night.

I just watched The Colbert Report from last night, and the opening, with a vid remix of Stephen's light saber, scenes from Star Wars and a special guest appearance from The Great Satan himself was just amazing.
