Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

Avast, Nine Men is rated 366:1, and this scurvy dog hasn't even heard a bit about it!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't view that screen from work.

Am hurt.

On the upside, work's getting done.

On the downside, I have to go clothes shopping at lunch, because I'm getting too big. Bought my first large dress last week. I don't like the shopping, and I did all this six months ago.

CNN's update on Thailand. It looks like "Everyone loves the king, the rebels hate the prime minister, the prime minister says I'm still in control, a lot of the leaders are in New York for a UN meeting." Martial law in Thailand. Poor Fay, in Cairo there were only occasional bombs.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I can't view that screen from work.

I had to play with it for a while before I could see it. Some active x control was needed or something. One you get it to work, it's sort of cool. You can make a pick for this week and there is a giveaway--ipods.

I need to shop for jeans. The three pair I bought before I had kids are woefully inadequate. Whate I really want are some nice, heavy duty, drawsting cargo pants. That aren't too costly.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Here is a question I have related to the coup in Thailand: How could a military coup fail, in the short term? Can't the guys with the guns and the tanks basically just run over the politicians and bureaucrats? (or local equivalent)
