Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And all is right with the world.

Now someone has to post an undescribed link to that very scary picture of CT. [link]

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

The Luxor, which is right next to where we were staying this weekend, is hosting Carrot Top. We got to see his ugly mug all weekend.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

We got to see his all weekend.

Maybe juliana has a story to share, hmm?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

We got to see his all weekend.

You got to see his what all weekend? And why didn't you go blind?

DAMN IT. Not enough coffee in the world. At least I wasn't the one to make out with him see him naked.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It has potential, Plei.

SO DID KENNEDY!

I'm pretty sure that's when I saw Bowie live--on the Glass Spider tour.

I have envy. I really wanted to see that tour. Duran-freaking-Duran was opening for the Portland show. I could have DIED HAPPY. But no. Sigh.

LJ's "post update" button says "Update Captain's Log," and on people's user info page, "Friends" is now "Mateys," "Mutual Friends" is "Mutual Mateys," and the list of communities you belong to is "Crew Member Of."

That RULES.

Unlike, say, coups in Fayland and freaking Carrot Top nudity.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

LJ's "post update" button says "Update Captain's Log," and on people's user info page, "Friends" is now "Mateys," "Mutual Friends" is "Mutual Mateys," and the list of communities you belong to is "Crew Member Of."

Oh thank goodness. I thought I'd gone nutso or something.

hip deep in pie

Either way, I don't think they use 1" tape specifically, though some shows may, but they do use large format digi-beta cassettes that look an awful lot like 1".

Thanks Sean. In the show, there was a bit where a PA comes in with a tape of the rant and the S&P guy is trying to ram what looks like a 1" tape into a VHS machine. I can't remember if they said it was 1" specifically, but they def. said, "We need 1/2". "
