Jesse, I wore open toes today. Which I won't be doing again, but that's because of blisters, not weather.

Yikes! I had spinach last night, but it came from the loose bin at the supermarket.
Kalshane, I think they're just trying to get you to quit. I can't think of another reason for them jerking you around like this.
I have bagged spinach in my fridge! But I'm planning to sautee it.
Hey msbelle, about The Office, I don't know that the "filming" is ever explained.
In the original, they were being filmed by the BBC for a TV documentary. I don't think the US version has ever given any explanation.
Yow! Hope you spinach eaters are okay.
Meanwhile, I'm glad I can't stand the stuff.

The thought crossed my mind. The thing is, everyone on the help desk, barring the new manager and the new hire "golden boy" that became the personal support person for the company owner and his family (a job I don't begrudge him one bit. The owner can be rather difficult to deal with.) has a crappy schedule. The other choices were W-Sun, 9a to 6:30p; M-T, Th-Sat 5:30pm to 3am (at Corporate) or Swing Shift (which works everyone else's hours on their off-days.) Two of my co-workers picked the day shift and the swing shift, and I didn't feel like fighting for either of them, even though I have seniority. If the 5:30p to 3a shift had better off days or wasn't in Corp, I would have chosen it. The problem is really that the CIO wants 24/7/365 on-site coverage by people with technical expertise and we only have 4 people to do it with. (Since the manager and golden boy get the daytime M-F schedule by default.) No matter what, we all get shafted.
ipod miraculously started up again.
Yay for restarting ipods.
I'm going to take open toed shoes with me this week. Assuming I ever actually pack.
Another corrupt politician bites the dust. It almost gets my hopes up for November. Twice bitten, still hopeful.
