Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Kalshane, will you get bonus money for working overnight, too? That would be something....

Poor Mr. Kitty.

Crap, AND I have to pack.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Wow, that's...somewhere between a super crappy schedule, and "not as bad as it could be". I mean, hard to get used to sleeping for that, but OTOH, you should be able to run errands after work, or sleep all afternoon so that you can go out with friends at night, if you want...

It could be worse. The problem is neither 6pm to 2am nor 1pm to 9pm are really ideal sleeping schedules for having a life. By 9pm on a Friday, most of my friends have already made and started engaging in their plans for the evening.

ION, the DayQuil I brought from home because I'm coughing and generally feel like crap looks like it expired last year. Argh.

No demerits for laughing at Mister Kitty. I have no idea how that particular thing happened. But let me tell you, girlcats, like girls? So much better at the peeing without error thing.

This was brought up at the meeting about the schedule today and my boss didn't have an answer. Apparently HR is hemming and hawing about us getting any kind of shift-differential.

However, we will be working 5 hours of overtime every week, which we will be getting paid time and a half for. (Which isn't too bad, overall. Prior to the big mess, I worked a 9 hour shift every day with a 1 hour unpaid lunch and no breaks. Now we'll be working 9.5 hours a day, with a half hour unpaid lunch and 2 paid 15 minute breaks, so we're only adding a half hour a day to our original shift length and getting paid an hour at time and a half for it.)

From way back:

Chertoff added: "As for Armageddon borne out of God's heavenly wrath, I can say with assurance that this nation has never seen a presidential administration that has given more thought to this very scenario."

Who says the Onion doesn't report the truth?

No demerits for laughing at Mister Kitty.

Okay, cool.

Mister Kitty is very laughable. He's a big baby and I adore him to bits, but he's very goofy.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

so having never really watch either Office on a regular, what is the premise for why they are being filmed?

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm not going to make fun of Mr. Kitty. Peeing on your foot--hey, we've all been there at least once.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

msbelle, go to this page and see if any of the instructions help:

The reason that I recommend it is that my 2yo iPod Mini suddenly stopped working yesterday -- just after I upgraded to iTunes 7, hmmmm -- and restoring it to Factory Default and then reloading all the songs. So far so good....

yeah, mine won't restore. I've been trying it for 2 days with varying results. reset. reload. restore. erase. no success.
