FORT LAUDERDALE -- Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Jim Davis has turned to South Florida for a running mate, today naming former Miami state Sen. Daryl Jones as a running mate. If elected, Jones could become Florida's first black lieutenant governor.
He's an interesting choice. Much more fun than the other guy's running mate choice. I think the Democrats have a good shot at the Governor race this year. It does promise to be nasty though. [link]
