HAHAHAHA!!
The Craigslist free section is definitely you-haul, IME.
I hope that Shrift gets an excellent job very soon. But not an absolutely perfect job, because I want to laugh when she snarks on it. Just a flawed coworker or two. That’s all I ask.
A perfect job? I don't believe they exist.
t waits for a Job of Unusual Perfection to leap out and bite her
So...he knew he was there for a futon, and thought it would be easier to tell you in person that they don't take futons?
well, at least he came to the door to tell you, rather than just not showing up.

Why can't they just pay me to tell them that? I mean what could be more important than my opinion anyway?
Maybe it was a hint that they are desparately in need of donated phones.
Freecycle also works.
many governing bodies of various sports impose restrictions based on health concerns, so I think a case could be made that this is similar.
But aren't they about concerns for the particpants, not the audience?
It said the fashion industry had a responsibility to portray healthy body images.
What bullshit. I wonder if tobacco is illegal there.
Cindy, the dressing would have been to feel less hulkish and manlike, not so much about how I look.
But aren't they about concerns for the particpants, not the audience?
Yes, but wasn't a lot of the talk on steroid use among baseball players about how it was a bad example for kids, or am I misremembering?
I would love to put stuff on Freecycle, but Hubby objects. If he gives stuff away for free, he wants it to benefit someone he knows, not someone who might just be trolling for freebies that they're going to put in a yard sale or something (his words). He's not much for the generalized good karma, he likes specific good-deed karma. Part of his insanely awesome networking skillz. Maybe I can talk him into targeted karma, putting up stuff that will introduce him to people he can network with later.
Connie, you can specify on Freecycle that it is only for the end user.
