Where were we five years ago--I seem to remember TT or WX, am I wrong?
Didn`t we go live within weeks after 9-11? We were definitely working on the transitions at that time.
ETA: Answering my own question: i have the time of year right, but I am a year off. We went live on Sept 17, 2002.
