So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

That's it! Huh. I guess I didn't expect anyone to know it--it was one of the random ones I picked up in a used bookstore, and I loved it.

It's pretty famous in its genre. (Now I'm trying to recall if I have a copy floating around or not.)

Hey, chica--insent last night.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Also, didja see Jackson Publik's lj?

Cool. I've seen it before but I keep forgetting to subscribe....

So many good things in there.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Mmmmmmmm, Pattern Recognition...

Mmmm, yes. One of his best, although I'm completely creeped out by the Michelin Man , apparently forever.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Guess what? I was listening to the radio while getting ready for work this morning, and heard something about a news anniversay quiz they were going to be doing and if you wanted to participate, call in. So, I did, and actually got through only to find out I hadn't been listening fully and that it was actually a 9/11 quiz. I decided to participate anyway, and ended up KICKING ASS!! I won a Lobstergram (two live lobsters and the works for eating them, including bibs, butter, and shellcrackers--I just have to cook them), which is worth about $80-100!

Official, genuine, 100% accurate Stormtrooper armour.

Because now, for the first time ever, you can transform yourself into a genuine Imperial Stormtrooper. And when we say genuine we really mean it. Because almost 30 years after prop-maker Andrew Ainsworth of Shepperton Design Studios created the original iconic white outfit, you can own a ludicrously collectable 1:1 replica, including a helmet that has been made using the original 1976 movie moulds. Yes, the actual moulds! Shepperton have started hand-crafting these Stormtrooper suits for fans to wear or display at home.

Now I totally want to wear a stormtrooper costume on the train, just to see what reactions I get.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Jen P, may your surveylance be utterly uneventful, may it be exactly the opposite of the "last day on the job for the crusty but loveable old detective" surveylance we are so familiar with from every movie ever.
