Kaylee: Can I? Zoe: Sure. He's out, though. Kaylee: He did this for me, once.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Steve Irwin dies from a stingray attack.

Wow. I thought that was gonna be a joke.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Isn't it standard escalator etiquette to stay to the right if you are standing still so that people may keep walking on the left
While on the moving sidewalk, please stand to the right allowing those who wish to walk to pass safely on the left.

Okay, now I need to go Google the warning on Space Mountain when you are in (the intermidable) line.

Exactly! I think the same applies to moving staircases.

t puts on sockpuppet

Okay, now I need to go Google the warning on Space Mountain when you are in (the intermidable) line.
I suspect you mean Matterhorn, dumbass.

t resumes being barefoot

eta: t resockification

"Permanaced Sentados por Favor!" ("Remain Seated Please," but the English version isn't what gets stuck in my head.)

All this sock stuff makes me realize I should get a pedicure.

t skips barefeetedly away

Totally does. Poke people with something sharp?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The mysterious origins of TiVo.

Yeah, aurelia, I'd think that had been socialised into common sense by now.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Hmm. Zach Braff fans might want to note that he's in a GQ fashion layout this month.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Yep, woke to the news that Irwin had really, truly, died. At least he didn't die by venom, but bizarre mischance -- small consolation, that.

I went to IKEA yesterday, and bought $206 worth of Stuff, most of which I can't recall what it was at the moment, but I have faith that all of it I will find very useful eventually. ::has faith::

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Steve Irwin dies from a stingray attack.

Wow. I mean, I guess he was putting himself in significant danger pretty regularly, but still.

Oddly, the stand-right, walk-left elevator thing is not universal in NYC. A lot of the time, everyone just shoves on and then stands.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Steve Irwin dies from a stingray attack.

This made me very sad this morning.

They moved Ellen! From 10am to 4pm! The horror! How will I know when it's time to start my day now?? [OK, I realize my current "working" status makes this much less important than at this time last year, but still.]
