I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

Oh! Romantic as all get out!

The scene where Willow and Tara reconcile, and Tara has this whole long speech about awkward reconciliation, and ends with "Can we just skip all that and get straight to the kissing?"

Just about everything from True Romance. Also Tim and Daisy from The Office.

What is even happening?

One of the most romantic scenes I know is the bit in Anne of Avonlea where Gilbert begins to ask her to marry him, and she puts him off, and he says, "Please say yes," and his voice just breaks a little.
In the barn after Diana's engagement party?
Oh, sigh. OTP 4eva!

I haven't seen all of the UK series, Jars. Did you mean Dawn, or is Daisy another character? Jim and Pam from the US version are also adorable.

Can someone point me where I can find the Oz/Willow "freeze frame" conversation/quote? I would love you forever.

meara: [link]

Willow: I wish they'd hurry.

Oz: So, do you guys steal weapons from the Army a lot?

Willow: Well, we don't have cable, so we have to make our own fun.

Oz: I get you.

Willow: Do you wanna make out with me?

Oz: What?

Willow: Forget it. I'm sorry. Well, do you?

Oz: Sometimes when I'm sitting in class... You know, I'm not thinking about class, 'cause that would never happen. I think about kissing you. And it's like everything stops. It's like, it's like freeze frame. Willow kissage.

Oz: Oh, I'm not gonna kiss you.

Willow: What? But freeze frame!

Oz: Well, to the casual observer, it would appear that you're trying to make your friend Xander jealous or even the score or something. And that's on the empty side. See, in my fantasy when I'm kissing you, you're kissing me. It's okay. I can wait.

Oh, yup. I was getting confused with Spaced names. Tim and Dawn, or Jim and Pam, yup.

Where is everyone?

I am trying to concentrate on the fact that I have a three day week next week, in order to get me through today, but I really don't want to be here.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You know what's freaky? When this (video, audio NSFW) starts playing in the middle of the night on the computer in your bedroom.

I'm not sure why the page chose then, but it freaked me out. I've never even seen the movie.

Are you ready to be strong?

Romantic: Pride and Prejudice. Particularly the scenes at Pemberley, and the scene when Darcy hands Elizabeth the letter. I think I almost died the first time I read that scene.

Oh god yes.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh my yes. And Strega's comments earlier were dead on.

ita, if you haven't seen that movie, you should. "Don't fuck with the Jesus." And the nihilists. And - well, just see it.
