What should I do, then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? … Unholy fruit basket?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I remember way back when, seeing 'Aliens' when it first came out. At a particularly intense part of the movie, I could actually hear a collective 'Oh Shit' from the audience. Good stuff.

Heh. I still need to see that movie. I avoided it becuase me no likey horror, but everyone keeps telling me it's more action than horror.

In the collective audience reaction department, there's the part in Serenity where it's incredibly clear who hasn't seen it before.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I always, for some reason, thought they were saying, "where the women flow and the men thunder..."

NYCistas-

What are the names of some large hospitals known for surgery in Kings, Queens, and Richmond counties. We are working on a grant to train some NYC nurses to be surgical first assistants and we need some letters of agreement from hospitals.

Thanks so much if you can...

It was scarier back when the Alien creature wasn't as much of a cultural icon. Good action movie.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, when I saw Aliens in the theater, the line where Ripley says "Get away from her you bitch!" (whitefont for Kalshane) got the biggest audience response.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I always, for some reason, thought they were saying, "where the women flow and the men thunder..."

Well, rhyming thunder with thunder is kind of weak....

(Chunder is Aussie slang for puking, IIRC)

What is even happening?

"where the women flow and the men thunder..."

They sing two similar lines in the song, Sophia. One is, "Where women glow and men plunder," and the second is, "Where beer does flow and men chunder." They both come before, "Can't you hear--can't you hear the thunder."

It is important for future generations that we leave behind a good understanding of '80s music.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What are the names of some large hospitals known for surgery in Kings, Queens, and Richmond counties.

I don't really know, but I do know that Kings County is Brooklyn and Richmond County is Staten Island, which should help you look.

Those who do not learn from the past are condemned to repeat it.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I think you need to plan an exploratory trip - we'll show you. It's a great place to live; if I didn't hate the weather at least 1/3 of the year (it's 99 degrees right now) I'd love it here.

Heh. I'm pretty much inured to hot weather. Although it's surprisingly pleasant here today.

We have tentative plans for an exploratory trip at some point.
