It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Happy Birthday meara & Jen!

NYC mani/pedis are one of the few things cheaper here than anywhere else-- there's lots of competition.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

$20 for a pedicure? Dude, if I could get them that cheap, I'd go once a month. I finally found a place that I can get them for $30 (and have an appt for tomorrow!). Before that, I was paying $35-45. Why are Chicago pedis so expensive?? Why???

I know, I know. That's why it's especially stupid that I "restrict" myself -- it's not like I don't waste $20 here and there all the time anyway.

Where did you even come up with that???

I really have no idea. It seemed really important at the time. So important that I should write it down(mind, I woke up with this phrase in my head,) but the cat was curled up on my arm and I didn't want to disturb her. I have no excuse.

UofL is NOT one giant PO box. Grr.

Our wings are not tired.

I am blessed to have a SIL that owns a nail salon. Had a wonderful facial the last time I found the time to visit her. Tragic that her shop is only 35 minutes away and I can never find the time to get there. She never charges me either.

Last night we had Pizza Hut. Note that the lasagne pizza is gross. This fact probably helped my diet efforts.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

NYC mani/pedis are one of the few things cheaper here than anywhere else-- there's lots of competition.

And yet, some people are never satisfied.

Oh, Foxy Brown, you so crazy.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Happy Birthday Jen K!

Happy Birthday meara!

Last night I had burritos with cream cheese and beansprouts and a little salsa. I was lazy and tired.

I also need Buffista brainstorming. I am getting business cards at work and they are letting me pick my own title. That is, I am officially "Secretary IV" but I don't have to put that on my cards. I have been using Program Assistant, but the boss feels that we are not a program. She likes Coordinator, but that seems naked without some other word. We cannot use titles like Administrator or Administrative Assistant because those are actual job titles here that I do not have.

Our office, the Center for Lifelong Learning, produces credit and non-credit classes for health-care professionals who are doing additional learnin, not in degree programs. I do a wide variety of things that make our business-line run, from producing marketing materials to talking to students. I process all the registrations and prepare the money for deposits. I work with course instructors to order their supplies, rooms equipment and make everything run smoothly. I work with IT. I update our web-site. I come up with processes for improvement. I do this with little or no direction.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Office Coordinator, Student and Faculty Liaison

I like the double title as it gives a better sense of all you do.

I am so glad Foxy is stepping up the crazy and tacky while Lil' is "away".

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Administrative Coordinator? Division/Dept. Coordinator? Academic Coordinator? All-Purpose Coordinative Goddess?
