Crab cake?

Anyway, "sensing the time continuum" sorta' implies the ability to sense things in the past and future.

Yeah, I think that's what they're getting at, but it seems like they should have just said so plainly. Of course you can sense time! That's why everything doesn't happen at once.

Can San Franciscans sense the time continuum? Go ask passers-by and report back!

Actually, in San Francisco you might get serious answers.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am frequently out of the loop. Or I just don't pay enough attention.

Why are you not the source of all knowledge??? Anyway, first it was Girls On Film, then they branched out, then they got bought and focused younger, and it was all over.

I read this as San Francisco and thought for a second you were asking something about local lingo.

Me too! I was all, Damn hippies and their space-time continuum.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What should I eat?

Here's what we had for dinner tonight:

Emmett had a pluot, and a ham and cheese quesadilla.

JZ had a spinach and feta peasant pie, and a salad I made. Salad: Romaine and raddichio with a very tasty heirloom tomato. A little goat cheese. Some upscale garlicky croutons. Dressing: virgin olive oil, balsamic and mustard.

I had the same salad, and half a NY Strip steak, marinated in Worcester Sauce, then served with a pat of butter and salt and pepper on it.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Of all those ingredients I have spinich, salt, and pepper. Oh, and cheese.

I need to get butter. There are several things I could put together with a little butter.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I ate a Lean Pocket.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Butter is very important. Both Marlon Brando and Julia Child will validate me on this.

In my head this sound just like Charlie Brown when he says, "I got a rock."

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

I had pita chips and hummus for dinner last night. Am hoping for perhaps a burrito tonight.
