Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

May she enjoy her cake with gusto!

You know how city buses often have huge ads on the side, and more often than not they are PSAish, like from the AdCouncil or whomever, warning you of the perils of X? A bus this morning was emblazoned with "THEY FOUGHT THE WAR ON DRUGS. THE DRUGS WON" Rather bewildered me until the car blocking the last bit of the ad moved and I saw it was for The Wire dvds.

I was sent this picture this morning: [link] It's not great quality, but it turns out I'm the barely visible toddler lower right. I guess the plus side of Pluto's demotion is all these old astronomers are getting around to scanning their pictures of Clyde!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Crap. I stepped in some Monday....

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ah, Damn, Tommy, that sucks. I hope you didn't track it into work with you.
