You'll fight, and you'll shag, and you'll hate each other till it makes you quiver, but you'll never be friends.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ugh. Up way too early with a sinus headache....

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh, poor Theodosia. I hope it has gone away by now.

Yeah, it's some better -- I ate some breakfast, then went out and bought Sudafed and caffeine tablets, both of which helped.

It's a rather wet morning here....

Our wings are not tired.

Ick on the wet and headache.

I am certain it is hot out, but I haven't been outside. The boys went fishing early. I was going to go and lounge about with a book, but the bed trapped me and wouldn't let go.

Objective today is to unpack. I sent clothes back via UPS and the box is still unopened. So I either need to do laundry or unpack. Probably both would be the best plan.

Art Crawl!!!

Yesterday it was not so hot but REALLY humid. Last night it actually got cool and was cool when I woke up this morning. Cool enough that I haven't felt the need to open windows in the front of the house yet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Per usual, I should be doing laundry and am not. Today's breakfast beat the hell out of yesterday's, though -- stoned wheat crackers with cheddar/horseradish spread. Yum.

Oh, I have a religion/Spanish question: There's a church by my house that's Iglesia Piedra Angular. Angular Rock? That sounds completely unfamiliar to me in English. Anyone know anything?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Another quiet day here...

I've given up on the idea of the Cowparade touring today -- too wet! I'll be having to hold an umbrella over my head to take pictures.

Instead I'm going to stay in and get a bunch of household tasks done, and try to learn how to vid with Final Cut Pro, which is indeed a fancy-schmancy program. Mind you, I'm still stuck on how you do simple things like delete an audio track from a video clip, or indeed how you manipulate things in general. ::puts on hat of inspiration::

Jesse: no clue. Maybe 'Angular' is an idiom for upright or freestanding or something? So far as I can find, it pretty much means angular in Spanish.
