Zoe: Yeah? Thought you'd get land crazy that long in port. Wash: Probably, but I've been sane a long while now, and change is good.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

When I was a kid we always had Peppridge Farm Brussels in the car on long trips. It's especially awesome when they melt.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Goldfish crackers and mini-bottles of club soda. Oh, and yogurt-covered (or chocolate-covered) raisins if you want something sweet.

The mini-bottles of soda are my favorite car thing EVER.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Ack! Eating in moving cars!

Yes! Eating in moving cars! And, I set up food/water dishes for my cat and he eats in the car, too. I also set up his litter box and he uses that in the car, too.

Why don't you like to eat in cars?

What's your opinion on Magnolia Bakery cupcakes?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

And, I set up food/water dishes for my cat and he eats in the car, too. I also set up his litter box and he uses that in the car, too.

The last time I drove with a cat in the car and not in a cage, the cat insisted she had to be in the one place I wouldn't let her go - on the floor by my feet (and the gas and brake pedals).
