Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I haven't got any bills/statements from my recent medical problems yet. I do know that my lithotripsy procedure alone was $5,000, and that's completely separate from the ER visit, doctor consultations and radiology.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Shh! The zoo doesn't know that.

I was referring to Owen's age, but I doubt the zoo knows about Scola's hospital costs as well.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

He's 2 years, 4 months, Steph.

Well, we can lie, or I can get him a ticket. My office discount is $8.50 for adults (vs. $12.95 for the common folk), and $5.50 for kids (vs. $7.95 for kids of common folk).

What do you think? I'm going to order them today, to be sure they're here in time.

Now tagless for your comfort.

He'll pass for younger than 2, Steph--he's still wearing 18 month clothes and doesn't talk much. I have no problem fibbing.

Woot! Okay, I'll order tickets just for us adults, then.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

OMG, JZ. I think my heart stopped a little reading that.

{{{Tom}}}

Sparky, how are you & DH doing?

What is even happening?

Cashmere, I'm sorry you're having a hard time. I'm glad you sent the babies to the sitter. I hope you hear from your doctor soon, and that you get some rest, peace and quiet.

Sean, I hope things get easier on you (and that S gets well enough so that she won't require this level of care).

P-C, I read your lj. I can't believe you made out with JZ. She's all married and pregnant and stuff.

This level of care is nothing compared to fretting at her bedside in an ICU. It just involves less sleep than I'd like. Her prescriptions should help, and we may have to go in for an outpatient procedure that's pretty tame. But until then, it's a bit of work. Just much less stress than I've had lately.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Gah. I seriously fucked something up at work, and it's a really bad time for that to happen. Fuck.
