I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

How shared is the entrance?

Like, you have to walk through her waiting room to get to my main door.

Do you think he would get used to it?

No. I'm not sure he would...especially the buzzer. We've lived here three years, and he still barks every. time.

What are the other pros and cons?

Pros:

1. great area
2. a block from the T station
3. Nice landlady

Cons:

1. landlady's not too sure about the dog, which makes me more nervous.
2. more expensive than I really want

What's the really good one like?

A little smaller than I'd like, but two bedrooms, smallish living room, dining room, mid-sized kitchen, smallish bathroom, hardwood floors, dishwasher, coin-operated laundry in the basement. But, the best part is that all utilities are included in the rent, which is really a good deal.

Oh, included utilities is very nice. It sounds pretty good for a first outing.

Landlady not being sure about the dog is very troubling. It's one thing to not want to accept pets, being wishy-washy about it makes me think there would almost inevitably be trouble of some sort with the landlady.

This does seem problematic, as I could imagine Toto thinking of this as part of his space. Also, while the pros are good pros, the cons are bad cons. And, for some reason, re-reading that last sentence is making me laugh.

Oh, also, she has cats (which we're trying to get me away from for allergy reasons).

Ok. Bedtime. If I don't puke up my meds.

(I think the stress is making me sick to my stomach.)

With all your asthma issues, this seems like it could be pretty important.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

vw, sounds like a promising first day; I hope you find the perfect place. Sleep well.

I just made myself dinner because Teacup Guy is at a job interview tonight, frittatta with onions and yellow and orange peppers and some gorgonzola cheese. It was yummy.
