I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Glad the baby shower went well! Punctuation for Drew, and ongoing punctuation for S'n'S.

In mememe news, Thai food? Still yummy. Bangkok? Still big and interesting. My feet? Completely screaming for mercy after the hours and hours of walking around looking at flats and checking out the school.

School seems v. nice building, and my room seems to have some resources already - yay! Flats of variable quality, and it's a blow to be back in the real world to the extent of my employer no longer covering my rent (yeah, I know, boohoo, right?), but I think that the one I'm going to check out tomorrow afternoon should be a keeper. Insh'allah.

Man. Am SOOOOOO tired. And sweaty. And wearing my San Francisco hat RIGHT NOW, AIFG.

Love y'all.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Let's hear it for S keeping getting better. More time home, less in hospital.

Fay, my sister's suggested us sending my mother to Thailand for an upcoming birthday, and that one of us should accompany her. Sister's already been, which is why she's so keen on the maternal unit seeing it. She really had a great time.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

~ma for NoiseDesign. At least my plague (last week) and back pain (as of last night into the agony of today) had the courtesy to take turns. Ugh to dealing with both. Beth, sorry for your fall, that sucks. {{S&S}}

Besides agonizing back pain, the only other news to report is that I watched a BBC marathon of Life on Mars and loved it. Are we discussing it anywhere, anyone know?

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Nora, I think some are talking about it in Boxed Set.

I figured Boxed Set, but didn't want to dive in there, I fear Dr.Who spoilage.

Since Dr. Who is on hiatus, there has been very little Who talk recently in Boxed Set.

yay! I should have specified that I feared diving into Boxed Set willy-nilly without confirmation that it would not be in vain.

How are you feeling, Tom?

Physically, I'm fine. But now for the rest of the month, my analyst is on vacation, and now I have a bunch of emotional problems, which I'm coping with by withdrawing, which is bad. [how's that for a run-on sentence?]
