Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I need to watch more Deadwood. I enjoyed the first few episodes and the kind of drifted away from it, but I don't remeber why.

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

It's kind of an investment. But it will make you feel okay about your current volume of profanity.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Happy Birthday Fay!

Sounds like the world's her oyster.

Honestly, the casual use of 'cunt made me ridiculously joyous, I seem to remember. But the boyishness and general westernishness turned me off, also. Hm. Will definitely give it another go at some point.

Mostly lurking...

Toto is so fast asleep on my bed that he just missed Upstairs!Neighbor coming home.

New place is layed out so that he can see me (I'm in the living room) from the bedroom. So, he spends more time in there. I think that means he likes it. I hope so, anyway. Although, I miss the cuddle bug.

Like ita, I admire how McShane says "pussy," though I hate that word generally. I don't know, Jars, the women of Deadwood have some big parts to play. But I understand...that was my feeling first, too.

Also I had issues seeing McShane as anything but Lovejoy. Again, I'm sure it's one of those things I'm sure I'd get over if I watched more than the first three eps or so. Maybe I'll make the boy put it on his Blockbuster list.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Ah, cute puppy bug...

The fact that y'all don't recognize me as a paragon of Kellylike elegance? Hurts like a motherfucker. I gotta tell ya.
snerk

I just got carded buying beer and ice. For reals carded. Second time in the last month. In my head, there is no way in hell I don't look old enough to buy booze. Ah well, I showed id and he gave me beer. It works.

Right...well, this is the first thing I've ever seen him in, so it's easier for me to believe he's always "Swergin!" Although seeing him in costume speaking in his own voice tripped me out once...he does really well at changing his voice.

Yes, well from the age of about seven until I was about twelve, he was that antique dealing scoundrel Lovejoy to me. With his black shoes and blue jeans and leather jacket. What a style icon of the early nineties...

Sorry, I think I was regressing a bit there. Ignore me.
