'Heart Of Gold'

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

hee. Nora is the word. Today, that word means semi-sick but at work.

Thanks for the help on the editing. You all continue to make me look like a editing wiz here at my new job.

Hey, also, I got an A on my summer class! I'm psyched, because that means that my annotated bibliography was on topic! (I was concerned about that)

JM is actually under my petticoats, not my apron. Much more comfy and cozy under there.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

(And now, thanks to Veronica Mars, I get slightly icked whenever I picture Steve Gutenberg.)

Our wings are not tired

The 33rd Degree is through the Scottish Rite and has a long process involved. If you look at this page

[link]

You can see there there are even special hats and rings for the 33rd degree.

No wonder I never ran into a 33rd degree.

move out and draw fire

My stepmother sent me all my father's and grandfather's Masonic stuff (the Bible in code, etc). I actually felt wrong looking at it.

There was also this really old cup with some dried brownish stuff in it. I threw it out.

Compassionately intolerant

I have my grandfather's trowel, my grandmother's rings and a portrait of my great grandfather in the oddest Cap'n Crunch outfit you ever saw.

Plus, just watched a faux doc "Unlocking the secrets of Angels and Demons" that is actually a promo for the Dan Brown book (worst ending evah), but has interesting bits of tid ala "Friday the 13th marks the slaughter of the Knights Templar." (The survivors went on to form the Masons?) Huh. Did. Not. Know. That. (and don't actually believe it)

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Finally caught up after being gone for the weekend.

So so sorry to hear Beverly's news. Thinking of you and your family.

{{{Sean and S}}} I hope she's feeling better soon.

Yay for Nora's A! I managed to pull out a B in my stats class. We rock, we do.

Niece and nephew are cute as can be. I want to steal my niece away. We had good bonding. She can't pronounce my name so I am called Toti. So adorable. She cried when they dropped me off at the aiport. Sweet little B. Nephew is wee and cute and cranky. He's got a very different personality than B. He also looks like he's got Deep Thoughts all the time. Like an old guy trapped in an infant's body.
