And now my boy's in love. All hearts and flowers. But, doesn't it freak you out that she used to change your diapers? I mean, when you think about it, the first woman you boned is the closest thing you've ever had to a mother. Doing your mom and trying to kill your dad. Hm. There should be a play.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Very cute apartment, vw.

JZ, that is insanity.

Small accomplishment for me today: I had to call my former college today because of an issue with them releasing my transcript. I usually have a meltdown just thinking about this school, but I made the call and got the situation settled. I didn't even freak out when I got chastized for having let this minor thing slide for so long.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I've been listening to House Rules incessantly on my iPod recently, thanks to Juliana and Steph.

In conclusion, Fernet.

Muhahaha. Also, exactly.

No such thing as last call,
We pick 'em up when they fall.
We share the same bathroom stall,
Says the sign on the wall....

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congrats, sj. Well done.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Very nice apartment, vw. I love the built in china cabinet. I love built in just about anything. My brain says that it's less flexible and not a good idea, but then the rest of me squees and tells my brain to shut up.

JZ, it always amazes me how some people, usually but not always older people and usually but not always men, can make me jump through hoops to make their comments innocuous, even as my skin is crawling from the squick. Fortunately, this doesn't seem to happen often. It sounds like you handled it beautifully, no surprise. I'm impressed with your ability to keep them to yourself. Truly. Very impressed.

Mostly lurking...

Thanks, everyone! I'm very excited.

I too love the built-in china cabinet. LOTS AND LOTS. It was one of the things on my wish list that I thought was a ridiculous item. So, it feels like an extra treat.

Now I just have to get through the credit check. I'm actually very nervous about that.
