Happy Birthday, Deena!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Is it Deena's Birthday?

Yup. I just double checked on her amazon wishlist to be sure.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

If not, it really is Nilly's fault this time.

Hee!

Lee and Aimee, insent. And double hee!

Because books.

sj, I'm so glad you're all right!

Happy, happy, happy birthday to Deena! With cake and sparklies and glitter and love!

Nowhere near caught up after more than a week away...

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Happy birthday, wonderful Deena!

In lunch news, I have discovered one of the most awesome lunch creations ever invented. It's a Thanksgiving burrito, with turkey and stuffing rolled in a tortilla, on a bed of mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce on the side. OMG Teh Yum.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Happy birthday, Deena. I hope you receive treats in proportion to all the generosity you lavish on your friends. (I suspect half the LJs in Buffistaland have benefitted from your work.)

I have to make an unscheduled trip to the East Bay, which is something I hate doing. But Emmett forgot his tournament baseball cap, and he's playing his last tournament this weeekend. Feh.

But I think if I bundle a series of fun East Bay activities around non-rush hour commuting it'll be okay. I can hit BevMo. Lunch at my favorite Thai place, Plearn. Stop by Down At Lulus and scoot back before the traffic.

Mmmm. Who does that, and can you get gravy with it?

The only downside to that is that it is a monster carb bomb.

I got it at Zigo in Kendall Square. I lurve that place. Also got some homemade bluberry pie.

Stay tuned for a monster nap later this afternoon!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Who does that, and can you get gravy with it?

I'm thinking the gravy is implied.

Happiest of Birthdays to the lovely Deena!!!
