I was intrigued by several people musing that the show, on a Sunday morning, would not be sold out because 'this is DC.' Not sure who is keeping track, but anything I find even remotely interesting around here gets snapped up in an instant.
The show was sold, very far out, and the audience was very appreciative.

Also, Nora...could I be a part of your vendetta against Verizon? I'm seriously researching alternatives. This month, they turned my phone off for non-payment...when I have the canceled check right here! And, my phone has had 'no line' ( a new error to me) 6 times in the last day and a half. PLUS, they over charge me for dsl every month and have done so for two years!
I had come to accept the 6 or 7 outages a year due to 'squirrel activity'. Hey, I live in an old building in an old 'hood. I can adapt, but the service issues are just way, way over the top.

The rage has subsided considerably since we are trying to take steps to correct things.

It is indeed.
After several months of "I can't even imagine myself with another woman" he has more than imagined. I am pleased with the progress, actually (so long as I don't have to see it -- group of us were out and some chick was flirting with him and while it didn't make me freak I was REALLY relieved when he left with us and not her because my imagination is WAY too good.)
His roommate (and long time good friend) and I had a heart-to-heart. She approves heartily, says "he talks about you all the time, he thinks you're the funniest woman in the world." Says even in oat-sowing he's as polite and respectful as ever ("He'll pick up a girl in a bar. The next day when she leaves he's "wasn't she nice?"). Says I should give him a couple of weeks (hm... like three?) and then very much go for it.
So, what the hell do I wear to this wedding? You people know most of my semi-formal wear, actually. The New Orleans Dress (tea lenght silk, blue and green stripes) was the contender but even taken-in its more pretty-sexy than grab-me-and-fuck-me sexy. There are also the Chicago (floor length midnight blue tank with sparkles), LA (tea length pink spagetti strap retro with exposed crinnoline) and DC (floor length fuscia with black overlay with some sequined ornamentation) to consider.
The question, I guess, is: At which F2F did you most want to fuck me?
