I start getting benefits today. I'm not sure when I go permanent, prolly within te next couple of weeks. They are pretty relaxed about sick days, from what my co-worker who has been here for three years told me. Vacation? Yeah, I found out yesterday I'll get ONE week after a year and two weeks after THREE years.
Bleargh.
At least I get paid weekly now.
