Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Hey Empress! How are you, lovely woman?

move out and draw fire

it kinda bugs me that the religious right are all het up about the issue

HAHAHAHA - I love this collision of patois and topic.

In the time between my credit card company putting my card on hold, and my return from Molvania and sorting it out, LJ attempted to charge my card for my LJ, failed, and dumped everything.

Teach me to use an online service to keep my travel notes. Back to rolling my own website.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Hey Empress! How are you, lovely woman?

Good. Tired. Need to sleep.

But I made some kick ass potato-corn-turkey ham chowder tonight. Just perfect for those chilly wintery nights.

Also perfect when it's on sale and quick.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Bounce, bounce.

I got kidnapped and got to play for a few hours. Plie and family, Kristin, Drew, Jilli and Pete are marvelous people. I know that is not news, but they made me very happy this evening.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

(I cannot believe how much research I am doing for a piece of off-the-cuff BtVS/Supernatural fanfic. I now know more than I remotely ever needed to know about American College Football and the personalities, hopes & dreams of various UCLA cheerleaders.)

Fay, my sister in research! And curse you, for now I'll have to watch Supernatural.

We had Suzi and Kristin and Drew and A. Dorable and Jilli and Kitties! Whee!

Wow, you got home quick! Felt like I just got dropped off.

I have a couple of pictures from this afternoon/evening.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

You'd think this would be straightforward, but it's not. Are credits (as in, a 4-credit course) equivalent to semester units? Or not? And how would I convert to quarter credits? And why must this be so annoying?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I would think credits are equivalent to semester units, based on what I know about credits. And I would guess you convert to quarter credits by...multiplying by four? Maybe? I've never seen quarter credits before.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Windsparrow, if your vet is still giving a 3-in-one innoculation "cocktail", vaccinations against three forms of illness in a single syringe, ask him or her to give them separately, and at different injection sites. Vaccination cocktails have been proven the cause of "vaccination site sarcoma." It doesn't always happen, but it happens often enough for most vets not to continue the practice any more.

If your pet was given a topical flea and tick immunizer, the "dab-on" type, between the shoulder blades, that could also be the culprit in hair loss.

I hope the furkid is okay.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

And curse you, for now I'll have to watch Supernatural.

I think you should. It lacks Gillian Anderson, which is to weep, but otoh Dean is love, as it turns out. There are some quite scaryish monsters and a deeply fucked up wee dynamic duo snarking at each other and doing crime and fighting said monsters. (Papa Winchester seems to have based his parenting technique on Bruce Wayne's Bumper Book of Fun Things To Do With Kids, so his boys are fucked up like woah, but kick ass with enthusiasm.) Plus, guest appearances from AtS alumni! Which is nice.

FWIW, Fay, I drove across country in about four days. Boston to California.

Cool!
