I like the picture in my head of beth with a sword, so I am not clicking her link.
The interview went well, I think -- not a sure thing by any stretch (such as when I interviewed here and they asked, "How can we get you to come?" at lunch -- but I'm hopeful. I had a stomach 'flu that left me worthless in the few days before the interview so I was not as ready as I would have liked to have been with examples of the Way The World Should Be. Still, I didn't get the feeling that I was being ruled out every time I opened my mouth.
beth b, insent to you and DH about tomorrow and Emily.
I just got my first credit report! It looks good. I think. I can't tell what everything means exactly. But I faxed that over too. I have good credit! Pick me!
I 've decided that there is no good response to - It wasn't a bad interview, but I don't know if it was a good enought interview... I tried, but I don't have one.
a sword would be more fun
I find this to be true in a surprising number of situations.

Well, my DH thinks that I probably hit it out of the park if I say I think it went "okay." I haven't been able to find out through the gossip mill who else they're interviewing, so I don't know the competition. I have a couple things going for me -- the textbooks I write are used by their students, and the rivalry between my Big Boss and the Big Boss there who mentioned something about "stealing" me away. Also, I'm damn cute and have great shoes.

Amen. However, power tools are not sneezeworthy.
P-C, if it's right for you, I hope you get it.

This is useful in a number of situations. Now we just need to get you a sword!
WHEE I GOT IT NOW I HAVE TO FIND TIME TO GO SIGN A LOT OF PAPER.
