Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

Our wings are not tired.

Love the crow pet in Teppy's grandpa's picture. My neighbor had a crow as a pet for a while. She ended up naming him Darwin when I tried to convince her there was a reason his mother kicked him out of the nest.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I am very tired of the whole job hunting process. Not for me but for DH and others. DH went through 4 interviews - and got the form letter not interested. Really, after 4 interviews they should give more.( really , feedback would have been useful) I know someone who went through 6 and didn't get the job. This is not an efficent use of anyone's time. bah

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Much love to you, bebe.

I'm getting the pig!

It is really most unfortunate that Nicole left herself logged into b.org while the evil Katie B. is in da house. Why, if KtB were just a little bit meaner, soon you would see lots of posts about how Nicole is Adorable and her pets are funny-looking.

beth, a friend of mine is going through that and she is starting to go a little crazy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Teppy}}} Tons of ~ma to you and yours.

Very jealous of Nicole and KB right now.

Someone who works for the person who owns the upstairs unit rang our doorbell at 6:45 this morning. I understand that he wants to deal with the leaking problem, but 6:45 with no advanced warning, wtf? Lucky for him I sent Teacup Guy to the door or there would have been bloodshed. I called my landlord and she said she would be talking to him and make sure this doesn't happen again. She had better.

ETA: The leaking ceiling is not currently leaking and has not actually leaked for over a month, so it was not an emergency type situation.

I'm getting the pig!

::the real Nicole that's slaving away at work::

I called my landlord and she said she would be talking to him and make sure this doesn't happen again. She had better.

That's crazy, sj! No way is 6:45am normal working hours for a roof guy. Yeesh.

Tep, I'm glad he passed relatively quickly and didn't have to suffer long. Tons of vibes to you and your family.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I'm sorry for your loss, Steph. Thank you for sharing the photos - they were both sweet and cool.
