Now I did a job. I got nothing but trouble since I did it, not to mention more than a few unkind words as regard to my character so let me make this abundantly clear. I do the job. And then I get paid.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

ParaGard. I was surprised it was teeny.

The NP asked what birth control we've been using since Em was born. She laughed when I answered, "Prayer."

I'm sorry. I wasn't implying that you were trying to trump. My brain is dead from cramps. Forgive me?

No forgiveness needed! Did I forget to use my smartass font.

Damn Windows.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I am so cranky right now. I was going to cook, but I think take-out Chinese is a better option. I wish Dave had a cellphone so I could make him get it on the way home.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I believe that I am drunk enough to join in the TMI girly whitefont:

My periods are regular as hell, never more than two days off schedule, and this one? Started a little bit two days ago, and then kinda stopped but not really, and is now sitting there (invisibly of course but tangibly) glaring at me in some sort of menstrual funk like a girlfriend who won't tell you why she's mad because you don't already know. I cannot fathom the why of this. Thus, the drink, because what else am I gonna do about it?

Do I want to pay $5 to have someone else get the Chinese food for me when it is less than a mile down the street? Every inch of my body is in pain right now.

sj, yes, it's worth it.

And now... I think I should go lie down.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Ugh, Aims. I hope the acute "ouch" and ick! passes quickly, and you get years of trouble-free not-needing-to-rely-on-prayer to come.

My TMI is still sitting stubbornly in the Angry, Sullen PMS phase, so I won't whitefont it.

And sj? Totally worth it.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Is anyone patrolling DeLay's grave—you know, just to make sure he didn't rise?

You mean Ken Lay, right? DeLay is very much alive.

Isaac is living proof that results with the prayer method of birth control are very, well... let's just say I got what I was praying for, but I wouldn't recommend it if what you were praying for *wasn't* more children.

Aimee, I've heard similar tales about the IUD from others. It's what stopped me so far from looking into that method. FWIW it may take a few days for the bleeding to subside and the cervix to heal. BTW, what made you choose it, if I may ask?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Immediate return to fertility if removed, condoms are a pain and usually just stayed in the drawer anyway, didn't want oral hormones to interfere with my brain meds. And, it was only $10.

Ah makes sense.
