Love this. It shall be mine one day.
Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oooh! Pink bowling shoes yay!
I'm diggin on these creepers, too. They would match that bowling shirt. [link]
On So you think you can dance -- the cabbage face girl is Heidi. She's a good dancer saddled with a partner who doesn't really want to be her partner.
OMG, you're right. I had forgotten about that. They have zero chemistry, which unfortunately really stands out next to so many couples that have it in abundance. I think that is my problem with Martha and Travis (the foxtrotters) as well.
I was one of those freaks who took 8 am classes in college by choice. Well, part of it was strategy. I figured I got a boost in my grade just for showing up and being coherent, which I wouldn't have gotten taking the same class at 2 pm. It helped.
When I was a grad student, I loved teaching language at 8am. 1) Those sections always had fewer students. 2) The people that chose those times generally really wanted to be there and/or were very industrious.
It is pretty much a given that classes between 12 and 2 are going to have low-energy/interest levels. Most profs I know avoid them like the plague.
I accidentally committed shoe purchase. But don't worry, I've already forgiven myself.
I bet you just tripped and accidentally fell on them, right? And then you had to buy them.
nods
Couldn't be helped.
I have a new appreciation for celebs who sign autographs. I am in the middle of signing about 70 invoices and my hand cramped up after 20. I do this every month...and I forget what a pain it is.
I dropped a class once because it was at 8:30 at (only ita will get this reference) Stewart Bio, up by the law school.
Ha. At least my classes were all very tightly concentrated. Cognition might have been further away, but everything else was very central.
JZ woke me up this morning because she was laughing like a loon.
She's addicted to bunny videos on YouTube now. Bunnies doing silly things like...charging and headbutting cats, or running around in circles of excitement.
I bet you just tripped and accidentally fell on them, right? And then you had to buy them.
OMG THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. It's like you were there.

I once had a class that started at 8 - African-American Theater. The teacher was very cranky about us starting so early, and was very eloquent every morning on the subject of theater people having to be up at 8 a.m. Plus, it was in the library, so no coffee or any other drinks for us. I think she gave us all A's just for being there.
Hec, how can you not give us links to bunnies running at cats and headbutting them?
