Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I saw Underwater Trainee, which was even more disturbing.

Oooh, getting paid to scuba dive in Monterey I would be very excited about!

There's an end in sight, isn't there ChiKat?

Yay, lunch!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

There's an end in sight, isn't there ChiKat?

Possibly mid-August. Maybe. A slight chance.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Wow, Aimee!

Oh, and Happy Birthday askye.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Huzzah for Jen, and happy birthday to askye, notice-ma to Aimée and underwriting-ma to -t!

JZ says it ever so much better than I could.

Insent, Empress.

Mid-August, eh? That's a bit long to look forward to. I don't like this overworking thing, it should end before that.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Wow, Aimee!

Yay Jen!]

Happy Birthday, askye!

I got my epidural shot for my back today. It wasn't a painless procedure, but it wasn't dreadful. I'm still kind of tingling from it and I hope that it really kicks in at the 24-48 hour mark as they say it should.

Teppy, I love your OB-gyn! That sounds like a rockin' practice.

I also had to sign an afidavit today for a good friend's messy divorce/custody battle. I'm ready to drive over to her soon-to-be-ex-husband's house and take a baseball bat to his head.

oh, Trudy - do you have Linens 'n Things in NY? that's where I go for all the things you'd think would be available a bunch of places but aren't (last time - shelf paper!).

Herding cats for fun

Paging Matt: Clue By Four needed in Aisle Cashmere, stat. Thanks ever so. Good luck with the venture capital and all. Hurry up with the production, willya?

YAY Famille de Aimee. Make sure you steal something from the office every day until you leave.

I too would far rather be an Underwater Trainee than an underwriter.

Happy Birthday askye!

Note: Too dang hot here today.
