Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Spike's Bitches 31: We're Motivated Go-getters.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Yay, Kristin!

Not yay, sj. But nice flowers.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

yay!

Thanks, Kristin. It could be worse. I used to get these kinds of stomach aches monthly. This time, I can't remember the last time I had one. Right now it is just the after effects of the pain that are keeping me awake. This is pretty much as worse as it gets with me, so I figure if Teacup Guy handled tonight, he is sticking around for a good long while.

Teacup Guy, O Teacup Guy...

There should be a song. I should not be the one to write it. Anyway, if he's treating you well, sj, that's good enough for me.

He's a saint to put up with me sometimes. Luckily he is sleeping soundly now. He has to go to work in the morning, and I kept him up way too late with my being sick.

Yea, Kristin! Best wishes for cool nights and days!

Sorry you're feeling crummy, sj.

I will probably be up for a little while yet, but mostly because I've been a slug today. TV viewage has been accomplished, but not a whole lot else. I hope to go through enough paperwork to throw out a couple of bags of trash, got a start cataloging my church's new library on LibraryThing, and did a load (hopefully two before I crash) of laundry. I hope that counts for something even though I never took a shower or went outside farther than the mailbox.

Our wings are not tired

I don't trust the new AC yet, I have every expectation that we will get back to K's place and it will have removed itself from the wall and have busied itself chasing the cats about the apartment.

If it does, take pictures.

This pain will not going away. It never usually lasts this long. I still have to finish an online exam (which I was planning on doing when the pain started), pack for the weekend, pick up stuff for my cousin's graduation party and leave for the party by 1 tomorrow. Need sleep. t /whine

I'm sorry you're still feeling crummy, sj. Can you take anything for it? Do you have other symptoms other than the stomach pain?

I am currently drinking water and eating tums are various intervals. A coke would really help, but we're all out. Damn that trying to eat healthier thing. There are no other symptoms, and these symptoms are familiar enough that I know exactly what the problem is, just with added length of time this time.

I assume you don't have something with simethicone (Phazyme, Gas-X). If that is the problem, so you have a massager (for real - the vibrations can help). Walking can help too, but sometimes it hurts too much too. Or, feel free to ignore the advice, as I'm not a medical professional of any type, and just take my heartfelt sympathy.
