Seriously, KateP. Best party I've ever been to. It helps, doesn't it, that everyone there is someone we actually like, and who pretty much like us?

Yeah, it was great getting to know Cash (and all of the other people I hadn't met)

I personally plan to break out of my IRL shell and participate more in conversations with everyone.

Although I enjoyed the conversations I did have and all of the time we all spent together, my shyness in person reared up it's ugly head, and as I mentioned to several people, I do have a tendency to let my inner Cliff Claven run wild when out of control. That may have led to me seeming a bit more reserved than I would like to be with all of you.

That and I'm back to being as big as I ever was, and that leads to insecurity about accidentally body checking some of the people I love and making an ass of myself. We all have our demons.

Saying that, I think being part of the prom and watching how happy we all were was a shot in the arm.

And of course, seeing Andi get complimented on her outfit and enjoying being there made me very happy, too.

For the most part, this is the first time in several years to see a number of you, and I damn well plan to get to another F2F and shed both pounds and shell before I get there.

Daniel, it was great to finally get to meet you. I know we only got a few quick conversations in, but that's all I usually get with anyone at the F2F and I've been looking forward to meeting you for so long.

At my first F2F I felt a bit shy and awkward. by my second,it never occurred to me. There will be a third.

Daniel it was fabulous meeting you and Andi (and everyone for that matter). I can't get over how many interesting conversations I had with all the buffistas--you people are smart and funny was well as pretty!

Of anything about this F2F, I'm only really bummed that I missed meeting Cash, Daniel and Andi. I'm pretty sure I'd met (and possibly made out with) most of the rest of the people in attendance this weekend.

Sean, I'm pretty sure I'm going to make it to California, eventually.

This F2F, I got to spend more time with Chikat, and start to get to know Kathy A and Cash and Victor, which was wonderful. But, getting to know some folks better almost always means that you don't really get to chat with other people. Well, this just means that I have to make you a priority next time.
