Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I had a blast, and Shabu is definitely something I'd do again, now that I've got a better grasp of the concept. I'd been missing any kind of buffista outing, and this one was good fun. Also, it timed out perfectly so that Nora and I made the last train before a huge gap.

I hope P-C enjoyed it.

I suspect he could have done without the broth-burns administered by everyone (but Nora), but he seemed to. I'm just sorry we all didn't get more hang-out-and-chat time.

You all sound like you were drunk before you went out.

Hee. No, I think we were all just confused.

P-C did, but he's probably in the air right now.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Nora and I made the last train before a huge gap.

So glad you guys made the train. I was a little worried!

I've still got a cold, but the hotpot definitely helped!

I'm not suprised given that we tried to go several different wrong directions to get to the Orange Line.

What is even happening?

Scott and I ended up leaving much earlier than intended, which really bummed me out, but I was a hurting unit. I wish we'd had more time to hang out, too. Since you all had decided to meet at P-C's hotel, before I got sick, I was rethinking coming along, provided Scott could be home on time to watch the kids. I really wanted to get to know P-C better in person, plus it's getting ridiculous that I haven't met Frank. Feh. Everyone should just live here.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's Frank, I tell ya. Frank. Frank. Frank. And victor and thessaly.

I can vouch for Victor and Thessaly. Totally human-sized and real.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Cindy is not real. I've never met her.
