Oh, hey, while I have a minute: I will be in DC Wednesday night through Sunday afternoon, vacationing with DH. We've got a ton of stuff we want to do (thanks to previous recommendations to, IIRC, EpicTangent that I am shamelessly copying) but not much actually scheduled so if it is not too late to arrange for dinner or something sometime, let's do that!

Hee. I've been laughing my ASS off for a good five minutes at you nutters. Good thing Juliana's DevilKitty requires more than that to get scared, though he did glare balefully out of one eye. And now he wants pets.
Having a blast in SF... while hanging out with non-istas, I referred to Juliana as my "roommate." Brunch with javachik, JZ, Matilda, Juliana, and Perkins was lovely, though Hec was missed. Looking forward to dinner on Wednesday.
Holding out hope for Madison... will have to wait until closer to the date to know for sure.
