I just got off the phone with Lucia. She's going to honor the original rates I was quoted by the head sales person (who is on maternity leave.) She's set aside 10 doubles (two queen size beds) and 5 singles (one king size bed) for now. We will not have to pay for any rooms not used. The room rate for either room will be $109.95. Once she gets it in the system, folks can start calling to make their reservations.
